Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN 42 149 989 819), registered office Level 7/49-51 York Street Sydney NSW 2000, is wholly committed to & recognises the obligation we, as a Recruitment Agency, have in the prevention of slavery-like practices, human trafficking & all other exploitative practices.

Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment recognises that across our business all staff members have a role to play in ensuring we as an agency fulfil the steps throughout this policy to ensure human trafficking & slavery cannot take place across our agency and supply chain.

Modern Slavery

The term ‘Modern Slavery’ covers a range of exploitative practices including and not limited to; Slavery & Slavery like practices, Servitude, Human Trafficking, Debt Bondage & Child Labour.

Fitzgerald Jenkins’ Recruitment takes a strong stance against Modern Slavery Practices, and recognises the ongoing effects these practices have on Corporate Social Responsibility, the economy & wider community.

Policy

We, Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment, have committed ourselves to ensuring zero tolerance for any stakeholders with a connection to Modern Slavery, and as a business, act with integrity at all times in relation to our staff.

We recognise that as a business with external stakeholders as an essential part of our daily operations, our supply chain has the potential to infringe upon our ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy against Modern Slavery. In action to work against this, we conduct audits of our Supply Chain, as well as regular internal & external audits.

Aside from these, we also have in place the following to assist in mitigating the risks of Modern Slavery;

  • Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

  • Whistle blower policy

Policy Breach

Any breach of this policy will be given upmost priority & dealt with immediately, any breach may be regarded as misconduct and will lead to disciplinary action in this circumstance.

Reporting

We invite anyone who believes there may have been a breach of this policy to immediately notify management at tim@fitzgeraldjenkins.com

Anyone is able to make an anonymous report of a potential breach, as per our Whistle Blower policy.
