Brendan Fitzgerald - Director
Brendan graduated with a double degree in Accountancy and Management from QUT, and established his career in investment banking in a number of senior middle office roles in Sydney and London with JP Morgan, Bankers Trust, and Macquarie. He moved into recruitment in 2000 and spent 10 years as a Director of GOW Recruitment Sydney where he started and ran the Contracting Operations Division. Brendan co-founded FJR in Sydney in 2011, and brings a high level of technical knowledge along with an extensive network across the Operations, Broking, and Risk & Compliance markets.
Brendan speaks conversational Mandarin, and puts this to use when sourcing candidates from the APAC market, where he travels regularly.
Outside of the office Brendan is a Cronulla Sharks season ticket holder, a member of St Michaels Golf Club, and enjoys coaching his kids' sports teams..
Tim Jenkins - Director
Tim graduated from Sydney University with a BA (Honours, French) & M.Commerce, and began his career as a research analyst covering Australian stocks as part of the AXA Group in Sydney. He joined GOW Recruitment in 2003 on the Finance & Projects desk, and in 2007 moved to Singapore as an Associate Director to help set up the firm's Asia operations. Tim co-founded FJR in Sydney in 2011, and runs the Finance, Projects & IT desk. He regularly travels to Asia-Pac, and brings an extensive network of regional contacts to FJR.
Outside of the office, Tim enjoys time with his family and getting out on the motorbike.
Tom Price - Banking & Finance Operations
Tom began his career with E*Trade before joining UBS Securities in their Equity Operations team. Tom then established a career in Wealth Management, working as a Dealer’s Assistant and then Associate Advisor with UBS Wealth Management, and continuing in this role with Crestone Wealth Management. In 2017 Tom moved into recruitment with Fitzgerald Jenkins, following in the footsteps of his father Warren Price who ran Select Personnel. Tom brings a high level of technical knowledge in Broking & Operations to FJR.
Outside of work Tom enjoys sports, the outdoors, supporting the Cronulla Sharks, and time with his family.
Josh Fordham - Finance, Projects & Risk
After completing a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Josh spent 10 years working in middle office roles in London and Sydney with BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Olivetree, and ANZ. Josh joined FJR in 2018 and works on the Finance, Projects and IT desk alongside Tim. Josh possesses a high level of technical understanding across the financial services industry.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys travel, supporting Tottenham Hotspurs, Spanish language, and time with his family.
Kristine Hoang – Candidate Resourcer
Kristine graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resources and Business Law. Kristine joined Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment in 2018, and sources candidates via social media and digital, as well as traditional channels.
Outside of work, Kristine enjoys socialising with friends and working on creative projects.
Dylan Hackers – Candidate Resourcer
Dylan is currently studying a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at the University of Technology Sydney while working at FJR. He joined the team in 2018 and sources candidates across Operational Risk, Compliance, Finance and Operations.
In his spare time, Dylan is an active member of Bondi Surf Life Saving club, attending activities and patrols throughout the year.
Marcelia Lima – Recruitment Administrator
Marcelia graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from Paulista University in Brazil, and has worked in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition roles in Sao Paolo and Sydney, most recently with Medibank. Marcelia joined FJR in 2018 as a Recruitment Administrator, and in her spare time enjoys travel, fitness and socialising.
